How much does a repair cost?
Our diagnosis fee is $69 for a local call. $79-$99 for those requiring more travel time (*See a breakdown of service rates). The diagnostic fee covers the cost of coming into your home or business and figuring out (diagnosing) what is wrong with the system. From there, our technician can provide you with the cost of what it would take to provide the HVAC repair. Sometimes it will require a replacement part for something that has gone bad. Other times it just needs a tune-up and a new filter. Our technician will lay this all out for your approval before making the repairs. After all, it is your home and your decision!
How long does a repair take?
In most cases, a diagnose and repair of a furnace or air conditioner takes a couple of hours. Sometimes, even less than that depending on the A/C or furnace repair. Our service tech tends to be thorough when it comes to diagnosing the problem, and usually has the equipment parts on-hand in their service van to make the repair. There are some cases when they may need to run to the supply house to pick up a replacement part, but still with local distributers available, the service call only tends to take a couple of hours.

One of our friendly HVAC service technicians is available Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. You can call our office to set up an appointment. In case of an emergency, outside of business hours, a technician is available at an increased diagnostic rate. This can be done by contacting our service technician on-call. That number is found on the office voicemail after business hours. We will do our best to schedule you in ASAP and get the technician to your home or office in a timely manner.
